Crutch buddies

Hi everyone so if you have been following me lately on my blog and instagram---- then you will probably know that I broke my left foot in late September,2014. And soon after developed a pain full disease called COMPLEX REGINAL PAIN SYNDROME (CRPS) also known as REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY (RSD) I have blog and YouTube posts about CRPS which you can check out if you are interested here  My first blog post about CRPS in my ,  My second blog post about CRPS YouTube video ,   my first YOUTUBE video about CRPS in my foot (direct link) ,  My third blog post about CRPS in my foot and my new puppy Honey Bee  .

And with this painful disease, I have to use crutches to get along and walk because the pain is much to high to walk on it. When I started to used my crutches,  in probably about one month, my armpits were all sore and bruised up. So me and my mom slowly began looking online for something help ease the pain. Then we stumbled across this awesome brand called "Crutch Buddies" which is a veteran owned company. This brand promises and does stop the armpit  pain with padded fleece crutch covers and grips, they also have cool bags for iPhones or water bottles.  They also come in many solid colours such as black, navy blue, and pink...  You can order your own set either here or on  Amazon .

Thanks for reading and enjoy your day, comments are always welcome.

Disclaimer: this blog post is not sponsored by " Crutch Buddies" this is my own thoughts about this company.

the "U" braid

Hi everyone so today I am going to show you how to do this cute hairstyle, I thought of from just 2 side cornrows late at night.
So here we go.

Skills needed...

- Dutch braid/ cornrow for this hairstyle
-dividing
-ponytail (optional)
~If you want a depth picture tutorial or a video tutorial either comment down bellow, share this image, or email me at cornrowsjustforme@gmail.com

Level…
~easy

Materials…

-dividing comb
-1 elastic (possibly 2 if you are putting it up into a ponytail at the end.
-3 normal ponytails
-spray bottle or hair cream/gel

Steps…

1.first brush your hair thoroughly so there are no nots.
2. Then make a side part I did a right side part. With the thinner side divied it to your right ear. Place the reast of your hair out of the way in a normal ponytail.
3. Either spray or put hair cream or gel in your hair to keep the fly aways down. Now evenly divied two horasontal partings and place the bottom parting in a normal pony tail.
4. With the top parting start to do the cornrow towards your forehead then once you get about an inch (2.5 cms)
Take the bottom section out of the pony tail and start to curve the braid to the opposite direction. Once the braid is curved to the opposite direction  then simply it's the cornrow off with a plastic elastic at the base. Then take the rest of your hair out of the ponytail. And that's all it is that simple.
5.(optional) now if you want to you can leave your hair down, curl it, put it into a pony tail, or a half up pony tail anything you want.
